Always With Honor by Alex Wisner- Chapter 1

Archduke Franz Ferdinand has been assassinated by Serbian Nationalists. Russia faces the possibility of war as the emperor weighs the growing prosperity of his nation against its honor and good reputation on the world stage. Meanwhile, a cavalry officer by the name of Pyotr Wrangel relishes the opportunity for what he thinks may be a light joust between nations.

Based on the biographies and memoirs of Pyotr Wrangel, this series will attempt to not only tell his story in a visual medium, but it will also attempt to build context around the events of his life, weaving in the perspectives of important figures of the Russian Empire during the Great War and the Russian Civil War.
